They have concidered the possibility of sharing so I'm guessing that you still can't share it with another IP address. Hope this helps.
One way you can save money is to use a proxy server to route you through a connection in say, Pakistan, and then go to the international league pass site, it'll detect you as Pakistani, you'll pay a much cheaper price (like less than half price if I recall correctly) for the subscription, then after you've paid for it you don't need to go through a foreign proxy any more, you can just log in like normal and everything works.
